This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Translating Central, LLC. website. On the contact us page you can submit requests with samples of documents needing translated or interpreting you need. These types of personal information collected at the contact page are names, address, email, phone number, samples of your documents or interpreting needs.
You may ask us to forward information to a friend provided that you expressly request that we contact your friend or company and upon that request, we will send one e-mail only to your friend or company e-mail address. We will not store this information except only to send the one time e-mail. You can also forward this information yourself on our emailing tool found on each page of our website.
Translating Central, LLC. will use secure information such as email addresses or phone numbers to contact you with questions we may have about your translation request or to ensure your satisfaction with the services we provide. At a later date, we may request a testimonial as to your satisfaction with our services.
Further, all personal information collected by Translating Central, LLC. is secure. Our computer systems are protected by advanced firewall technology, virus protection, and anti-spyware software. These protections minimize the risk of individually identifiable information being compromised.

We do not collect credit card information at this time and use third party providers. These third party providers include PayPal.com and Moneybookers.com. They collect personally identifiable information, as well as, credit card information in order to process your payments. PayPal and Moneybookers release to us your personally identifiable information, but neither reveals your credit card information to us. They do not release your information to anyone else.

You can access all your personally identifiable information we collect on-line that is maintained by us by first making a request at our contact page or telephone number located on our location page. Once we verify it is you, we will, depending on your request destroy, correct, or modify all stored information about you or your company.
No one will contact you from our company unless they have been assigned to you or your company. We always use your first name or sir name and never address an e-mail generally, such as “Dear Translating Customer”. No employee but your assigned project managers from our company should ever contact you as they are under our strict privacy policies. Any attempt by anyone stating they are from Translating Central, LLC. should be forwarded to your assigned Project Manager, so they can take the appropriate actions.
